This is a dumb question I know, but what is the difference between when buildings give you a percentage of wealth, and just wealth.

ex: building this gives you 120 wealth
ex: building this gives you 10% wealth

Wealth is flat amount of income. Percentage gives bonuses to exist income. So if a building gives 120 wealth, you get an extra 120 per turn, then if another gives you 10% you get an extra 12 per turn.
