Hi all,

It's been a while since I've modded last time (MTW2? - my sig seems to say so) and I really no longer have the patience to do it, but the ideas keep coming in as always. If my memory does not elude me - from what I remember - I think it was me who invented the Garrison script way back and I must say I'm quite happy to see it used so nicely since then, but playing Rome II I realized it needed some improvements, so who could do them / its up to you / but it would improve the game experience:

Suggestions:
1. Garrisons armies should retain Army Traits and army experience/tradition (*but no general - its still a sufficient disadvantage).
2. Garrisons units should retain their XP and should get their province armor and weapons upgrades.
3. Garrisons should be able to deploy spikes and small ramparts & earth/wood barricades & hidden wholes in the ground? (*especially due to the lack of walls - these defensive contraption should be very stealthy to force you to scout).

This is necessary because cities deserve more personality! on the battlefield. I think what we have above can be done - good luck to you.

Lol - I still remember when I tool 300 MTW2 gaming event photos with my phone and drove CA insane as I was releasing 20 each few days - that in turn resulted in their community efforts evolving these days - I bet their PR people still hate their fear then that I had the full game - they should "thank" me now for the genesis of their big PR budgets - lol.

Since I got so nostalgic - not sure who still remembers this:

Hope it helps,
