I found this little gem. Some people have stated a 15-20% increase in performance. It might be worth a try though. I was able to get about +4 FPS using it. Did seem smoother.

I have a GTX 670, with the beta patch and the new drivers, i went from 33 avg FPS on max setting to 41 FPS.

It's from the developer zone! Therefore it doesn't show up on the consumer website.
