Icon5 How do i host a mod for others to download?

Hello, I'm really new to Modding for others and i made a mod that others might like to use but i don't know how to go about hosting this mod so i can see if it well work for others or not. I need a step by step guide on how to host(assume i know nothing). Can only be free options as i live on disability and cant afford to pay for hosting anything if there are none then tell me so i can just not worry about it anymore.

PS: Hope this is the right forum to post this in.

The forum allows attachments, though I'm not sure if there is a post count requirement that will allow you to attach smaller mods. There are also free sites like mediafire and dropbox to upload files to where you can post links from. Free sign up for both those sites, just create an account and upload the file, usually in an archive (.rar .7z .zip etc)
