Editing traits/retinues/skills?
Hello all,
I'm a little dissatisfied with the negligible bonuses that retinues in particular grant characters. How would I go about editing those values? It would also be great to learn how to change the way characters gain traits/retinues/skills; playing a Roman campaign, I seem to gain 3-5 retinues a turn for seemingly no reason at all.
Thanks.

The relevant values are in your data_rome2.pack/db. I believe retinue effects are under ancillary_to_effects_tables and traits are under trait_level_effects_tables. I don't know exactly how to change ancillary triggers, but I'm sure you'll find it with a bit of digging. Do remember that Auth/Cunn/Zeal values over 20 breaks the game.
If you don't know what to do with a .pack file, please find the Pack File Manager stickied here and read up on its usage and mod-making.
Good luck!

Thanks Jarric.
With a bit of digging around, I've managed to create a mod that significantly increases modifiers granted by ancillaries.
