How to use the console?

I pressed the ` key and to my delight the console liiiiives!I was wondering though what are the codes to use?I tried the old tome 1 codes and they did not work.
Are they not implemented yet or just there to help modders?

You need dlc to get the commands.

It's there so you can program your own AI as you play, that's what they meant by "dynamic".
