Scythian Campaign
Hello Darthmod Team and Fans!!!!!!
Its THE P-MAN, reporting to you the news of what I think on the Scythian campaign so far.
Well, it has been very interesting throughout it so far. I think I am about 20-25 years into the campaign. The Difficulty is on M/H. I heard Diplomacy is nice on Medium cause alliances actually hold their alliances, which has been rare for me in RTW. Anyways, So i started off with taking rebel cities, and taking that Armenian city. Made alliances with Thrace, (still holding, and for the first time in my 2 years of playing RTW, I actually fought a battle which I helped out the thracians against the dacians. It wasn't much, cause All I sent was two units of horse archers (3 valour each), but they were the deciding factor in the battle. so it was pretty darn sweet.) I also made alliances with Pontus, which is holding real well, and they are slowly taking out Selucids (which is rare to see) and also with the Egyptians. I have taken out the Armenians, which was not to difficult, because for some reason, they build foot units instead of horse archers (max of 3 per stack, which was pretty much a joke)... BTW, Darth, could you please look into that for your next update???I am also at war with ZE Germans and Dacians, so there are alot of battles there (especially with ZE Germans
Overview:
ECONOMY: Good economy settings. Very difficult, but once you have Thernoscus (I Think that is what it is called, but it is the first armenian city you take, beside your capital) it helps to cover most costs. Pop growth - would not mind for it to be toned down cause you do not build many foot units, and thats usually the bulk of an army, since Horse archers are usually half of that (120/foot units, 60/ha units)... so I think that should be toned down, but spearmen should be given in the second barracks. The problem I have is only with that. The Population growth should be smaller, and the spearmen should be build earlier, with experience in the third barracks, or morale. which ever people prefer.
Military: Very satisfied. No complaints. HA, well, they speak for themselves. :tooth:
Battles: Difficult to an extent. The damn Armenian Gens always killed quite a few, cause of their javs, but other than that... no complaints about the battles. Good projectiles with the new beta.
I had a huge battle with the armenians, but they did not have many ha's, so it won't be included in this article.
Had another battle though, that was very nice. it was against a 14 unit rebel army, which did put up a good fight. Killed 2/5's of my army. BUt I do not have much more time, cause im busy as ever at work.If I have time tomorrow, (which I probably will) I shall have a nice thorough battle report, and explain detail to detail on what I think about that battle.
Anyways, the Guide is not far away, probably about 2-2 1/2 weeks away, so be patient!!!! And I hoped everybody enjoyed this article!!!

So i was not able to come into work on Sat. to write my Update of the campaign. 
The good thing is, Im getting close to finishing my campaign and I will have an update as soon as I can. 
The guide will come shortly after the update pending on my schedule. Sorry for the delay, just car accidents are a SOB.
