Which Do you think would have made Rome the greatest and This can also include the great Julius ceaser as well. I truly don't know enough about all the emperors to make a great conversation but after reading the topic about who is the greatest I thought this would be a equally good debate.

Nero... Be interesting to have a more "fair" account of him or if he really was as bad as they paint him, read more of his actions.

Since you're including C. Caesar, I think he was the best equipped to further the glory of Rome at the time of his death. He didn't mess around.

Aurelian hands down. Potential to become even greater than Trajan.

    Gaius Julius Caesar.

If he had lived then he could have continued with his planned attack on Parthia. The Roman empire would have succeeded over Parthia quicker and with less bloodshed, without the centuries of war and strife both sides inflicted on each other,

It's a shame Julian died so young. It would have been interesting to see what he would have achieved.

Julian, Constantine, Caesar, Trajan, Marcus Aurelius, the list could go on.

Depends, Caligula would be nice to talk to but if it's to give them another shot at life after they actually died then Vespasian's a favourite of mine.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
I am me. You are not me. You are you. If I was you, I wouldn't be me.
If you were me, I'd be sad.But I wouldn't then be me because you'd be me so you wouldn't be me because I wasn't me because you were me but you couldn't be because I'd be a different me. I'd rather be any kind of bird (apart from a goose) than be you because to be you I'd have to not be me which I couldn't do unless someone else was me but then they would be you aswell so there would still be no me. They would be you because I was you so to restore balance you would have to be me and them meaning all three of us would become one continously the same. That would be very bad.

I would definitely would've wanted to save Augustus... I mean by saving him, I mean to maybe prevent the disaster at the Teutoberg forest. That battle was the primary cause, I believe, that he died the way he did: sad, depraved, and crushed. Such a great man who created the system of rule that was to be the basis of rule for the first few emperors to use.

Theodosius I - just because his sons were next to useless, and the Western and Eastern courts spent the following decades seemingly plotting against each other on a continual basis which ended up with Rome being sacked.

    Aurelian, and Valens.

Aurelian for he could have restore order back to the Roman Empire.

Valens, come on we all know why.

Emperor Maurice. After his assassination, Khusrau's invasion and Phocas' incompetence wrecked the empire beyond any reasonable hope of recovery.
Heraclius was a very lucky break for the Romans (at least for a while), but without Maurice's assassination, the miracle at Nineveh wouldn't even have been necessary. First of all, the Sassanids wouldn't have attacked right then (Khusrau only did so because he had agreed to peace specifically with Maurice, who was now dead). Second, with the army still at the northern border (I'm assuming that my intervention involves killing Phocas early on), the Avars wouldn't have gotten their chance to ravage the Balkans.

I'm not saying this would've saved the empire, but it certainly would've prevented a lot of the loss and destruction.
Also, I'm almost certain this would've arrested the very bloody and destructive spread of Islam through the mediterranean basin.

Julius Caesar, just so I could see what he does next.

Not exactly an emperor but I'd choose Stilicho. Huge respect for this man's talent and dignity. He even chose death over civil war which he knew would cripple the already dying empire. Huge respect.

^ I got to agree, I wonder what would happen if Stilicho lived. No sacking of Rome?
