    Default New to new total War System, How do I make new units

    Hello, I was wanting to make a Extended Etruscan Unit mod, adding, Hoplites, Archer, and other units. But I was wondering where do I begin with make new units. I have the Unit editor for Rome 2, but it looks if it is only for editing existing units. How do I make new units.
