Hey gang -- longtime player, but two questions I could not find the answers to/have never experienced.

(I'm still playing 2.5 BTW, good game going). Will get to 2.6 soon.

1) How do I get golden weapons/armor for my troops? Is that linked to warlike temples or something? I never build them.....maybe I should?

2) How many turns can the game run? I am around 160 turns in and just want to know what the horizon is.

3) Is there anyway to view all of the family trees, or can we just see the one of the family in power?

RS2.6 appears to be a far better release than RTW2!

1). Yes, it's linked to temples of war and temples of smithing (Vulcan, Hephaestus, etc). 2). I believe the end date is around 850 AUC, but you can easily modify that to let it run as long as you like. You won't get any more historical events past that date though. It's certainly a lot longer than 160 turns, over double that I think. 3). You can see the family tree of every family member, but not your political generals (ones you recruit from cities).
