About relations

Not sure if this question should be in this thread or some other.

Anyhow I was wondering if anyone has ever tried setting all factions offset with each-other to the most peaceful and also putting all personalities to peaceful also(say fortified or bureocrat maybe).

I just want to see what the game would be like if all factions had time to evelop peacefully. If anyone has I'd like to know how the game went after that... thinking of trying it myself, but changing all those numbers and stuff would take some time and I really don't bother if someone has already done it and seen that all factions are still warring like 10 years later or so. Thanks.
