    It wild be really coo if you can implement a way to change the armour soldiers wear in this program.

    I've joined Darth Vader, in his effort to develop the innovative battle simulator game, ULTIMATE GENERAL: GETTYSBURG. Fundamental ethical issues do not allow me to support any more mods for other games, so I have to move on in this new chapter of my life.

    I feel deeply the need to thank the community and TWC for this exceptional experience I had all these years. I was very happy meeting and working with all of you. From time to time I'll have a quick look on the forum but without the shiny armour of the modder.

    I just heard about Gettysburg the first time today funnily enough.
    I wish you all the luck with it.
    Make sure you announce here when the game comes out as I'll surely get it and am sure others here will too.

    Hi !
    I'm sorry but I made a mod and for an unkown reason, when i try to lunch Rome 2 with this mode activate (i chck the box on the luncher on steam), my game sudently crashes, on the logo screen.

    It's okya, i find out the problem, i dindn't have postprocess on PFM.
    But know, my new units doesn't appear on the unti selection when i want to test it on the custom battle mode.
    If anyone knows why can he explains it to me ?

    Not sure if anyone can answer now that husserlTW is gone, but I followed the steps and onlu changed one stat "changed rome legionaries from unit size 160 to 200" everything seemed to work fine. When I uploaded the TSV the change in PFM seemed to be there "it now says 200" but when I try to save it, the "main_units" turns red and PFM stops responding. Anyone have any ideas please?

    Hi everyone!

    I'm trying to create my own unit, but i just fail everytime and i don't understand why... I think the problem is that i haven't the table "units to groupings military permissions", the editor doesn't create it...

    So here are my steps:

    -First, i choose "use vanilla TSV"
    -Then "by military group"
    -Sparta
    -Gre_royal_spartans
    -I just want to change one thing, the number of men: 160 => 300
    -I change unique index 2907 to 71000
    -create
    -new name: Gre_immortals and then "ok"
    -buildings allowed, change ID 71000, then done
    -edit military group, there's already sparta, but i add seleucid, then done
    -edit custom battle entries rom_sparta, i want it also as a general, save, finish
    -edit text: "test" and "i test"

    so now, i think i've done everything, so i save

    get tsv: 12 files land_units.loc.tsv, building, cdir, land unit.tsv, land unit to unit abilities ... .tsv, main units, unit description, unit experience, unit set to... .tsv, unit variants, units custon battle permission, unit description .loc.tsv

    then i open "my new mod pack" with pfm

    on each table, i right clic, add, DB file from tsv, and i chose the right file for each table, and i can't put anything in the last one, because i have no .tsv file...

    then i save as, creating a new .pack, i put it in the data folder and nothing appears in the game...

    So, can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong please?

    Just one thing about the "units to groupings military permissions".tsv doesn't appear if we choose "by military group".

    Hiya,

    I tried to follow your instructions in the PDF guide.
    I think I compiled everything using the PFM.
    But when I launch the game using ModManager, the game crashes...

    Any help?
