Expected very early beta, got rush polished alpha.

But I'm not sorry about pre-order as it was so dirt cheap. I have time to wait updates and I'm merely amused.

I am satisfied, but i would have expected a more polished release version of the game. I do not regret preordering, because i already had many hours of fun with the game in it's current state, but it is not entirely what I hoped for.

This game surely doesn't look as good as all the videos we have seen so far.

I'm a bit disappointed in there being no Amazon faction, or female units (not agents). But all in all, I was hyped for Rome 2 and it didn't disappoint. There's bugs, sure, but it's mostly optimization bugs rather then "crashing your game/computer" bugs, at least for me.

Pre-ordered to get the Greek City States without having to fork out more for them after release (sigh) but didn't think the game would be this buggy and dumbed down. I'll be kind and say it was early beta at best. Grrr....

I voted for the 3rd option because it was closest to my personal opinion. I'm rather unsatisfied, but it's mostly because I just cannot get into the game and actually enjoy it. It's not the all the differences. Hell it isn't even the bad AI. I just cannot find much fun in playing the game so far.

Very true, there really isn't much to do, especially when things don't work like they're supposed it and all the settings are out of wack, like how every building has -12 public order!!! Are you kidding me??!!! Who's the idiot who made these settings??!!!

took the words right out of my mouth.

played Crusader Kings II for a year before i began to get borded.
often starting as a lowly count and working my way upt to play the kingmaker. making and breaking my lieges, and wrought hell on those who shuned me.
killed my character, eh?! your dynasty and your pets will be destroyed and purged from history, even if it takes me hundreds of years. argh, wroth!!!

with R2 i get nothing but bored, except that day i was flat out drunk...
there is nothing happening on the campaign and if you seen one battle you seen them all.

biggest dissapointment in years.i anticipated a total war that was gonna be a new standard in the series and what did i get? a

ing call of duty like rts.i autoresolve most battles because they just are boring and take the same amount of time.i cant build all things that i want.diplomacy fails al the time in my roman campaign... gonna go back to rs2 and ss6.4 to get my weekly dosis of total war.oh btw i voted option 3
