Default Is there a manual for this mod?

Hi, is there a manual or a guide for this mod? I'm a bit baffled over how stuff works, like the economy and the building tree. For example, when a building provides a -5% tax bonus, does that -5% from the faction's total tax income, or only the province where the building was made? It would help me a lot if there is a manual that explains all of these stuff.

me too. the senat and censor stuff seems pointless. A manual could help.

Thanks, the sticky thread about the economy was rather helpful. But there are some things I'm not clear on. Am I correct to think that if my faction expands beyond it's original "economic zone", the revenue gained from taking new settlements drops rapidly? Also, is there anyway to check how much "debt" my faction currently has?

Buildings bonuses are only for that settlement (province). Every nation has treasury building in it's capital which might have bonuses which apply to all settlements, but I'm not sure - it might have effect only on capital city (like ordinary building) and only for one faction (if conquered it would give you no bonuses, though this means no more bonus for AI faction as well).
