Default Words About A Topic That Could Be Relevant To The Section That You Found This In

I'm here to blow off a little steam.
    Enjoy.
    • Do I need a new PC?
The fact that you are asking us usually hints that you do need a new PC.
You are probably just going to argue with us when we tell you that you do.
"OH NO35 I DOOO NEED A NEWS UBERPC!!11!1 THEN I CAN USE MY MAG1KZ IN TEH WOW TO RULE TEH WORLD SO STFU U R TEH NOOB"
If you can justify it to us, then just go and buy a ****ing computer. The world isn't there to hold your hand all the time. Learn to make decisions.
    • Is this PC good?
Yes. Now shut up and stop boasting.
    • Should I upgrade?
Well do you need an upgrade?
You need more RAM to play CS:S? Then go and buy more ****ing RAM. Making threads isn't a way of increasing the amount of RAM your PC has.
    • Should I do a self build?
No. You are sitting there asking people on a random Forums how to spend your thousands. Go get your nappy changed instead.
    • SUPER PROCESSOR READY FOR M2: TW
Is the processor going to suddenly go off the market when M2: TW comes out?
      No, no it isn't.
Is it going to be cheaper?
      Yes.
Is your M2:TW playing experience any better between being ready for it and it actually being released?
      No.
Stop wasting our time and your money. Not to mention ON bandwith.
    • Error Code CDBSAD293123192 : mag1kz WHAT SHOULD I DO?
      Number one: Google.
Number two: Don't post here. The chances that TWC knows more than the entire internets are slim given it isn't actually dedicated to PC's and most of the members are in High School.
      Number three: RTFM
Number four: http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html Read it, learn it, practice it.
    • "Need help..."
You need a boot in your ass.
You don't title a magazine "WORDS ABOUT A TOPIC THAT COULD BE RELEVANT TO THE SECTION THAT YOU FOUND THIS MAGAZINE IN", do you?
You give it a title that actually means something and actually tells people what the **** you want them to do. In fact I'm going to give this thread a retarded name just to go with the flow.

I know there are exceptions to the rule, and those are what TWC is for. not generic crap.

I suspect you probably could have kept a lot of that to yourself, given two facts: this will have zero impact on what is posted in the basement, and there are people who lurk in the basement that have a significant level of knowledge of PC parts and problems that they enjoy sharing with individuals who need help. I'm not sure if your post was a veiled attempt at humour, or if you are genuinely annoyed at the posts you are ranting about. If it's the latter, the solution is easy, stay outta the basement and go get your nappy changed instead.

The irony is so thick, I could swim in it. But that's the magic of the net dear OTZ, isn't it?

Blowing steam can be fun and most of what he said is true in context. Yes Bill Gates doesnt roam onto this site neither does Hawkins, so the best minds do not but many people who play the same game and know a lot about computers, and who good be better help. Give me error code "370H55V 0773H" and I can tell you exactly what it means. And it means, turn your monitor upside down. Anyways, asking a question is never stupid, the only stupid question is not asking one. I can only that some questions have never been asked and I beleive the global internet like I believe in Wikipedia. Knowing a person and talking to a real person is more beneficial than being lied to on www.fnn247.com.

Of course you should ask questions and it's great to do so, the fact is that you are always going to be able to learn something from the people around you.
But is there any sense in re-asking stupid questions?

Who decides what a stupid question is? If someone has little or no technical knowledge they have no idea what to do or where to turn....and generally are a little panicked so they just blurt it all out (most of the time here). If you find this annoying, never, and I mean NEVER, consider a career in tech support, even as a casual job.

CNSW, if you don't like answering questions what are you doing in this forum? Get the heck out! It's people like you who create a non-friendly environment to the average webuser. Elitist wad, don't bring your SCC crap to the TWC.

    With all due respect, gentlemen:

CNSW's original post has just been added to my collection of 'Humorous Flameworthy Posts'.....

    Outstanding vitruperation, reasonable use of english language, excellent use of 'bullets'..;

Overall: I'll give his original a 'four arms up' rating

God's know I've wanted to do such a thing, now and again!

Note: My take on C's post is that it was framed as a 'possible', so perhaps this isn't so 'nasty' as some might percieve, eh? Tho I could be completely wrong, as mayhaps now and then,

My post will not change you.
Your posts will not change me.

My post was a little aggressive, but suicide does strange things to those around you......
