    And what's the problem of some of you with the download link choice?
    Click in the link > download pages open > click in the mod name > choose download folder > done

    The problem with this is the actual history. :-D Germanic tribes such as Vikings for example were very small people. About 170cm tall. :-D Look it up. :-) BTW, all people were quite small back then if you compare it to our times. Average height of Roman soldiers in Britain was 168cm (skeletons found). Average height of Viking skeletons (I know its centuries after, but I dont think they differed from similar germanic tribes much) was like 171-2. So this is history, but now we have all some stereotypes which we know and try to implement in the game, whether its CA or you. :-) Anyway, I think a little historical research would help a bit on this matter. I think I am ok with the heights as long as they are kept in the correct ratio.

    Iknow , but I did use the proportions of the base skeleton of Vanilla, wich is 1.80 I had played around that butmost of all some people woudl find odd tose barbarians too short .

    I have also edited the bald peoplee but not sure if I shoudl do another mod for it or implement directly in this?

    Well, I tried it Radious Total War mod, everything SEEMS fine, didn't play a lot though

    glad you like , the previous heihgts were totally monster like and just scattered to every Barbarian ethnicity regardles of culture .Now each barbarian is different as well as some special units in it .

    Ive read germans were ~1.70m tall while the real romans were ~1.50m in the middle. But the romans were everywhere in the world and had mercenarys ( auxiliary?). So real roman troops should be 20-30cm smaller , aux troops should be taller if its editable for every unit.

    Make it separate mod, so people can choose weather they wanna download it or not (some may like baldness )

    checking the CA files there were like several skins of romans made bald , reused and doubled in the same unit , not sure if this was on purpouse or pure lazyness to actually care for how they looked ingame , but it made no sense for the levies at least wich are supposed to be the same as germanic youths ....

    I woudl personally add some differences more if I coudl access 3ds files and model some new so also the barbarians might get some longhaired balds for the tribesmen militia .
