Submods installation ? King of Rivers and hills & Fire and Blood

I've tried to install both of these. My Westeros 0.53 works PERFECTLY. As in it's one of my favourite pieces of gaming right now. However, I tried to download and install King of Rivers and hills. I get the following message.

"Windows cannot find 'kingdoms.exe'. Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again."With


With fire and blood I don't get anything, it just goes to code for a heartbeat, then nothing. Any tips ?

could u say what file u tried to run in both these mods? u sure ur game is updated to kingdoms 1.5 expansion of mtw2?

I'm using the batch files on each because that's the only one which seems to be interactive. I definately have the kingdoms update( Brittania,Americas, Crusades and Teutonic and Westeros all seem to work fine).

all i can say is for you to try reinstalling these mods, i found this tutorial explaining how to install and how the folders should be : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Glv4c0WCnXI, if it doesnt work you should wait for someone more experienced on the game than me to help you since im quite new
