How do I start a civil war as my faction/establish the empire? I'm julii, its like 183bc, I control like 50 regions and 13ish provinces and have 12ish armies (7-8ish of which are 20 units), its vh/vh. I've been wanting to establish the roman empire but can't figure out how; I have 61% faction influence. Please help me?
