My Biggest battle thus far 8000 Spaniards vs 8600 of my Romans

You must've soaked your CPU in liquid nitrogen to prevent it from overheating.

Well, I had a battle with a little more than half of that! My biggest so far! Around 10k men.

I'm using some mods, but I can say that the battle last for several minutos, maybe 20, and the AI performance was OK. I mean, they are not the smartest strategists, but I didn't saw any bug or huge stupidity.

Sounds fishy, hehe. Just did a battle in my Roman campaign (against an African faction that wiped out Carthage). I attacked his 2500 men with 1600 of my own (attacked Lilybaeum, so no walls for the city), at first i tried to move in formation, etc.. but eventually gave up and just gave a general charge order (i had no ranged units, only Hastati, a couple of Triarii and some Wardogs). End result on Very hard difficulty.. i lost 23 men. He lost 2100. It was over in 3 minutes (5 total perhaps, with the walk up to the city).

i had a smiliar battle and only lost 200. Its not very hard to do with this game. The battles remind me of fighting peasants in rome 1 actually.

That formation is the best formation I've ever seen in a TW game . Are you using mods? No way that battle lasted so long on vanilla. With Radious' mods my battles last about three times longer than they did before.

The images clearly show that reinforcements were a significant amount of the total battle size.

any mods used? and was this singelplayer? I never saw any AI get a large force like this...

I did not screen shot the darn after battle Statistics grrr I did not think about it. To all those asking how did my pc handle it well I liquid cool my CPU so thats in good shape my gpu has twin fans on it never got passed 60C So fun! ...... My only issue with the AI was it does not reinforce it self very well they move in but then just stay where they are so the battled ended up one sided quickly..... But it was pretty epic and it was fun all I can say about that really. And I have my Graphics on Extreme settings!

And no I did not use any mods what so ever All Vanilla with a few tweaks of my own I gave the AI alot of money to start with......

It just hit me though I lost 760 men and they lost over 4000 men and once I took the city the faction was destroyed was hoping to fight the other 4 thousand that was left

And yes the battle Was with reinforcements coming into the battle that made it so large 3 armies per side I had at least over 6k men on the battle field at one time I would believe.
