Strange sound problem

Hi!I've ran into a very strange sound problem in different TATW submods (MOS and DAC map). The game sounds becoming more and more distorted, when i play, and the game speed is decreasing, until a battle is lagging so much, that the scene stops for seconds...At first, the sound issue appeared only when i was at a coast, and the sound of the sea could be heard. After a few minutes the voices of the characters became also distorted, and then, everything. It sounds like when somebody speaks underwater in cartoons...The problem is surely not with the sound hardware, bcause no other program makes this with the sound. Its strange also because I play the TATW for about half a year, and this problem appeared just a few days ago...What could I do? Please help me, the game is becoming unplayable...

Hmm.. Did you have any recent Windows Update? Have you tried to change ingame Sound Options?

Reinstall the TATW (and the submods you have), and/or reinstall M2TW. Also update your sound drivers.
