So, i have an older notebook and want to know, whether I should even bother to buy the gamer or not. The DXDIAG is attached (the real graphic card is a NVIDIA GT 540M with 1 GB, the DXDIAG only shows the intel one).O which settings could I probably paly the game (I'd be content with medium)?

It's really hard to say. You would be supposed to run it fine on medium-high settings I think, but the game is so poorly optimized that it wouldn't surprise me if you could barely play it on low. I have a similar rig and it works on medium but the stuttering on the campaign map is really bad and the battles aren't that great either. I'd wait for CA to patch the game before buying it if I were you.
