    Default Compatibility of Parts

Finally got the parts together ready to create a computer, done research on the parts and it seems all correct and compatible (with the exception of the RAM and Graphics Card, which I am unsure about) and I just want to make sure it is all correct and compatible before it comes out of the box (I can take it back if it is still in the box): Novatech Vortex Power Case. Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H Motherboard. Intel Core i5-4670k CPU. MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr Gaming Graphics Card. Caviar Black 1TB 64MB 7200 RPM SATA HDD. Sandisk SSD SATA III 64GB. Akaska Silent Cooling Fan. Novatech Powerstation 750W MOD PSU. Corsair LP Vengeance BLU 2x4GB DDR3 RAM. CM Hyper Tx3 Evo Cooler. As far as people can tell, are these parts compatible and will work fine with each other? Thanks. Edit: I tried to make it easier to read, but it won't allow me to put each of the parts on a separate line. Apologies

The only thing questionable is the ram, what is the model number? Go to this site http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=4518#dl and click memory support list to see ram that is compatible.

    CASE: Novatech Vortex
    MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670k
GPU: MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr
HDD/SSD: Caviar Black 1TB 64MB 7200 RPM SATA HDD Sandisk SSD SATA III 64GB
    PSU: Novatech Powerstation 750W MOD
RAM: Corsair LP Vengeance BLU 2x4GB DDR3
CPU FAN: CM Hyper Tx3 Evo Cooler

I think the RAM model number is CML8GX3M2A1600C9B, but shouldn't any DDR3 RAM fit into the motherboard I currently have? The cooler I am going to use is a CM HYPER TX3 EVO Cooler: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...-034-CM&tool=5 and the PSU is a Novatech Powerstation 750w Modular Power Supply: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/c...ov-psb750.html, links to the product is supplied.

Ram will fit, but if its not on the list it might not work.

I dont care much for the PSU its essentially a knock off OCZ modxtreme Pro which were mediocre at best however they are not terrible however I would suggest a better PSU

you might have a 750w Novatech but all that system will need is a 550w to be safe and a better quality 550w will last a lot longer than the 750 novatech

Ram will be fine, 99% of the time its a non issue as RAM is usually programmed with JEDEC specs AND XMP profiles XMP = loads the 1866 / 2133 etc memory profiles while Jedec = 1333 or 1600 mhz by default without needing to be setup. Eitherway not a big deal'

    1333-1866 will work no problem
    CPU: i7 3770K 4.6GHz / i7 4930K 4.4 GHz / i7 4770K 4.6 GHz
CPU HSF: Thermaltake Water 2.0 Pro / Review Samples / Review Samples
    MOBO: Biostar TZ77XE4 / ASRock X79 Fatal1ty Champion / MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming
    RAM: Mushkin Redlines 2x4GB 1866 MHz / 4x4GB Gskill 2133 MHz / 2x4GB Kingston 2400 MHz
    GPU: Integrated / GTX 780 / HD 5450 Passive
    PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand 1050w 80+ GOLD / NZXT Hale82 650w Modular / same
CASE: Nanoxia DS1 / Nanoxia DS1 / Lian Li Test Bench
    HDD: 160 HDD / 512GB SSD + 120GB SSD + 5.5TB HDD / 60gb SSD
