Cannot Open .PACK Files, Gives Me Error. Help Please?

I'm trying to open some of these .PACK files from the Total War: Rome 2 directory, but I using "Empire: Total War's Pack File Manager" as that was the only one I found.

So I double click on it, asks me to "Browse For Folder" (Make Packed Files Relevant To Which Director), so naturally I go to program files (x86) and select Total War: Rome 2, then the Data folder. Then it opens up a blank "Pack Files Manager" page, from there I go on to File, Open, and from the same directory choose for example "sound_rome2.pack" to open, but then I receive the following error message.

System.ArgumentException: not a pack file
Parameter name: filepath

PackFileManager.PackFileManagerForm.OpenExistingPackFile(String filepath)

What am I doing wrong, and what can I do in order to be able to open these .PACK files?

No wonder you can't open the .pack files, because you're using the wrong PFM. Only PFM for Rome 2 can open the .pack files.
