    Download, extract, select the ones you want and copy to Rome2\data folder.

    FAQ

    Does it affect the AI ?
    This mod affects both player and AI same way.

    Is it savegame compatible ?
    No, you need to start a new game.

    Is this mod compatible with mod X ?
    Not compatible with mods that alter technologies_tables or buildings_levels.

    How will I know if its not compatible with mod X ?
    If there is a mod conflict game will probably crash on startup.

    Game not starting
    99% sure its a mod conflict, remove all other mods and restart the game. If its still not working, post here.

    No longer working with beta update #
    I will not update this mod for beta patches, only official ones. But if someone else does that I don't mind.

    Why no beta update ?
    Reason for that is I believe in this case beta should be tested for CA changes and using mods would mess up feedback. Also I'm lazy and this game is gonna need 1 000 000 updates.

    Can I use this mod in my mod compilation ?
    Feel free to use this for your mods, just don't forget to give credits.

    @Sueco: Because it makes the game more enjoyable and fun (for me anyways). You spend maybe the first 15-30 turns researching, constructing, building up your armies and economy whilst at the same time the AI does it then you get a more even levelled campaign where nearly everyone is equal in technology and power then its just all out Total War hehe Its more a personal preference kindve mod so if you dont like it dont get it and play with it vanilla or one of the other mods (Radious' ones for example) that make them research only 25%-35% faster. Yet to try this one out but thats how it is in past Total War series games.Gone are the days of process_cq though when you could max everything in the first turn and have unlimited cash haha, I prefer these ones nowdays anyways since its not only the player getting the advantage, its everyone.Anyways thanks Kambe, been waiting for this mod !! Good work bringing it out so soon

    Works perfect, saves a lot of time idling around till something finishs to be build.

    One question tho, are you able to do the same thing for Shogun 2 ? My buddy is still playing that one with me in coop ... would like to have it there aswell. Just asking, ty.

    It offers a faster campaign gameplay for ppl who want it like that. Some might consider it cheating but it gives you no advantage since same applies to AI. I personally use 50% lower research time and 1-2 turn construction depending on building since I believe it is accurate for 90% of the buildings in game. You can't be serious and expect me to believe it would actually take 5 turns/years just to build barracks or a farm do you?!

    100% sure someone already made it so better check Shogun 2 mod threads under gameplay tweaks here

    Don't think so, if you want player only I suggest you look for some cheat tables/trainers. Nearest thing I could think of player only is culture only where you edit the culture of a faction you want to play with so only they get 1 turn stuff.

    how would you edit the culture to either increase or decrease bonuses for different factions?

    There is probably a db table related to it.

    Here are the MODS I'm using and you can save and load your game as well. I have had no crashes so far.
