    Hey, since you ask...

I am modelling some new stuff, like this, the hagioi apostoloi church of Thessalonike.
Λέων μεν ὄνυξι κρατεῖ, κέρασι δε βούς, ἄνθρωπος δε νῷι
"While the lion prevails with its claws, and the ox through its horns, man does by his thinking"
Anaxagoras of Klazomenae, 5th century BC

Not bad, though you could show pictures from different angles to let us have a better idea of the overall shape.

Nothing looks equally good from all angles

Well, in theory this is for CivIII, but in reality i am using the stuff i make in a 3d-ish adventure game i am creating. Eg this second byz church (it is the main part of a 13th century monastery in Mistras) :

Λέων μεν ὄνυξι κρατεῖ, κέρασι δε βούς, ἄνθρωπος δε νῷι
"While the lion prevails with its claws, and the ox through its horns, man does by his thinking"
Anaxagoras of Klazomenae, 5th century BC

    Very nice!
Did Hagia Sophia have a blue roof?

    Very nice work!!!

@ Paleologos, if you take into account the actual roof color, I think you can easily consider that it was that blue originally.

    Thank you both

Some progress, likely it will take 3-4 days to complete.

Can you make it large enough to use as a building model in a city battlemap in M2TW?

The size of it isn't the issue. Skins will be, given atm i don't plan to uv-map it (i'll use generic textures for civ3 and my own game). I know how to uv-map (not much though, didn't need it by now), yet i may upload the model when finished, or will make a building screen or something for MTW

UV mapping for M2TW will be relatively easy if you make the model modular.
That is to say make it in pieces with each piece using one material.

    We will see...

Anyway, fixed some (not all) of the errors with what was done:

Finding the correct proportions is quite difficult :/ For example one of the pics was really horribly misleading (the plastic model one), and now i will have to change a number of things...

Can't you use some real pics of the building?
