How To Recruit Elite Spartan Units?

I started a campaign as Sparta but I can't find the elite units listed anywhere in the building tree. The tree only lists three levels of barracks, is there a hidden barracks that is not shown yet which allows me to recruit the elite Spartan warriors?

Presumably we're talking about Zero turn campaign? I think there are 6 levels of Spartan barracks

For all zero turn campaigns you get to build elite units by having:

1) Fortified city or above
2) Supply of army rations building

You get the Promachoi when you build the Spartiatike Mora Megiste. This is the Elite-Spartan and last barrack.
