Remove birds and spinning hammers over cities?

I'm guessing that these will have to be modded out? Don't need birds flying around nor circulating hammers......

Meh, I don't mind the birds... Now the hammers, the hammers are just hilarious!! What were they thinking? Spinning hammers over the cities

The hammers are good visual indicators of "You aren't building anything here". That's why they exist. If you had a large empire, and a lot of income, you might lose track of which cities aren't doing anything and it can take time to click through them all - it's a lot faster to just make it obvious.

Admittedly, I feel they're mocking me mostly since I can never afford to actually upgrade too many things...
