Seems I cant offically run Hearts of Iron III, Crusader Kings II, and Victoria II due to my video card which is upsetting to say the least. While I can unofficially run CK II its laggy even at the lowest resolution.

How can I tell if the graphics card id dedicated or not? Honestly now that I've been around the block for a year or two the only thing tripping me up, is the graphics card and knowing what I can and cant handle.

OK lets be truthful here, you have a very old notebook, a T4500 is a cpu from 2009, aside that you have a igpu from intel. I have a 2009 notebook here that I still use to play games, though mine comes with decent dgpu.its simple how much you want to pay and what you want to take from it, if I remember correctly you already posted about buying
