Mod for minimal management?

Sorry for posting yet another 'recommend a mod' thread but I'm getting nowwhere with the search function.

I'm looking for the mod that minimizes settlement management the most. I don't have much play time these days. I like the military strategy aspects and the battle map tactics but I really really tire of keeping the peasants happy and building sewers.

Can anyone 'recommend a mod' for me to lessen the sim city side of things?

erm well you could just tick the auto-manage everyhting button on the faction info screen theres a slidy bar that tells it how much to spend how much to save...
