Etruscan league DLC?

Hello, as you might have noticed, all Major factions in the game appear first in the end turn factions popup on the upper part of the screen, future Free DLC Seleucids included, and then it goes Alphabetically.

In the factions that go before the Alphabetically ordered minors, the Etruscan League is included, this might mean 2 things:

1. All factions that have more than 1 or a certain amount of provinces go first(which is unlikely since Athens is also in those factions despite having 1 province).

Or

2. It will come as future DLC.

What do you guys think?

I would guess DLC, It would be an interesting faction, I think anyway.

I would really like to see an Etruscan DLC that makes them playable and adds several new units.

Probably going to be the Socii units (maybe renamed) on top of the Italian Spearmen line. Perhaps grabbing some Samnites.

It sounds interesting with the League, however as it is, they need more units. Though I must admit I haven't seen their units aside from the Italian Spearmen line. They generally don't get to evolve far enough.

2) I suspected so too, certainly hope they are another free one, I suspect other paid DLC coming (African factions/more eastern and all)

I noticed this as well; I also believe the Etruscan faction has a few more unique units than usual (and, I think, a campaign description of some sort) so it just seemed natural to me that they'd be a playable nation at some point. It would be an interesting position to start from, too bad you couldn't do a reverse Veii and take that city back from the Romans to start. Would have been a nice case of settling old scores - well a man can dream anyway.

Also Rhodes and I believe Syracuse are in a strange place. They appear all the way at the end instead of the normal alphabetical order. So who knows, they might show up as DLC too.

I'd like to see Baktria added as DLC, would be a very different experience. Different units, distant starting position.

Might also be nice to have an african tribe playable with an improved roster.

Baktria will come as Free DLC along with the paid Iberian Culture Pack.

Etruscans are actually playable with a mod. Why not ask more modding tools rather than a DLC about etruscans. According how C.A didn't care at all about its "vanilla" etruscans(names, units, faction situation...plus the all other features that kill the games and etruscan gameplay particulary), I'm very skeptical about an eventual Etruscan League DLC.
What it would add? 2 textures at 5 euros? Another city when the Etruscan League was only a religious and diplomatic "organization" at the best...(remember how Vei was alone against Roma because Veians did choosen to be ruled by tyran/king instead an oligarchic system that other cities prefered)
Ask modding tools, ask to bring a system of autonomous entities for the whole map that can represent greek leagues(WTF where are etolian and acheans leagues?) and as well the Etruscan League.
Sorry if I sound picky, I'm the first to want to play Etruscans, but the last one who wish a DLC about such or such people. I would really prefere that C.A spend time to make modding tools.
Let's the Etruscan be modded by peoples who are passioned and have a real and not-mercantilist interest about Etruscans.

Well I would guess it will be a free DLC, since it is only one Faction and doesn´t be able to put in some kind of "Culture Pack" like Greek and Eastern Ones. Also yet they seem pretty boring becasue they have like none Unit Variety yet, so they would absolutely need to give them some interesting and unique units and buildings.
If thats the case it would be really cool since they are the only other Italy/Roman Style Culture besides Roma.
