How long until the first mods?

I dont know the amount of work necessary to do small mods, things like slow movements and large morale (actually Im not sure if is right to call these "small mods", so I ask forgiveness for my ignorance). But, how long until we start to see this kind of mods? Days? Weeks?

Mods are already out...Check The Mod Subforum

Movement speed and Morale need to wait until battle_entities and unit_stats tables be decoded first, but wait for a week or so...

Playable Seleucids, 2x Unit Size, 40 Card Armies are already released...
