Prologue achievement not unlocking?

Short story:
Has anyone else played the prologue? Seems like I can't unlock the achievement for finishing it. Did I miss something?

Long story:
Yesterday I started playing the prologue, ended up finishing it. And even though I unlocked several achievements, I didn't unlock the one for completing the prologue campaign.

After I finished the prologue it took me back to the main menu and it showed me the three parts of the prologue. Part one is the only one unlocked, even though I finished everything.
After that I started up part 1 again, immediately went back to the main menu and found 2 was unlocked now. Started 2, went back, 3 was unlocked.
So I started from 3 and finished the prologue again from that part. Still no luck. Now I noticed after the final battle, on the statistic screen it said neither said had losses and it was a close victory. (Which is wrong.)
Does anyone have the same problem or did I miss something?

Why do you want the achievement? is there some sort of reward for collecting them all?
