    Default Why is this game so fast?

    I there have been threads on this before, and about all the other faults in the game, but I can only play it for about 30 mins. at a time because the speed of units makes me noxious and it just upsets me the battles are only 4 minutes long.

    HOW THE HELL DID CA DROP THE BALL HERE? HOW THE HELL DID THEY LET THESE FAST FREAKING ANT BATTLES GET PAST THEM AND TO THE STORE SHELVES? WHAT THE ?

    It just astonishes me how fast the units really are. Lightning speeds, across the battlefields throwing things and swinging things, stabbing and running. It's a freak show!

    Vanilla total war games have always had fast paced battles. No worries, modders will fix that like they always have.

    There will be mods for that thankfully. Just need a battle speed mod, 4 turns per year and a new computer and I shall be happy man.
