What does Realism mode do exactly?

It removes the tactical map from battles and limits a player's line of sight to 600m. Those are two things I know for sure it does.

Hold your mouse over it and it tells you exactly what it does:
Removes the ability to issue commands while paused, removes slow motion, doesn't let you see units beyond 600m, doesn't let you move your camera beyond 200m of a friendly unit, doesn't let you see the radar or tactical map.
