I give it an 8.5 at current.
Having been able to play it more since yesterday, I'm still quite impressed by the game.
My pro's are
the CAI (Actual treaties and such)
Graphics look good
Load times are good
Mixed bag
BAI (Sometimes good, sometimes wonky)
Cons
Unoptimized
Numerous bugs, haven't noticed anything game breaking, but they still kinda ruin the experience a bit.

6 right now, can be a 7 or 8 if patches fix bugs and add in features like guard mode, loose formations.
