    Default Some questions I have

Didn't want to make several threads and thought it best to put them all in this:

    1) Where has the option to view region wealth disappeared to? In all other warscape games you've been able to see region wealth and projected wealth change between turns, based on the buildings in said region. If this has been taken out, why on earth? Playing the economic aspect of this game entirely blind.

    2) Does anyone else get the impression that Romans are massively OP? I've been taking things slow and it's only 190 BC, but if one of my full legions comes up against another full stack, I absolutely obliterate them with about 2000 casualties inflicted to about 100 received. And that's not even using any special tactics such as hammer and anvil...Combat speed doesn't allow enough time for this to happen anyway...But that's beside the point I suppose; OP Romans? Or just poor CAI building awful units?

    3) Is there any way to trade map information? The only info I have right now is from trade routes, and this isn't very good...I'm fairly sure the Romans would have had an idea of whether there was an Egyptian empire, and generally how other factions were doing, territorially speaking. From an in game point of view it's very irritating and makes it very difficult to plan where I should be expanding into!

    4) One of the more irritating things; was it intentional to leave the gate burning feature from Shogun 2 when sieging? I can live with the non-walled cities to some extent, but to then make siege equipment/naval assaults totally redundant by just being able to take a unit and burn down a gate or two very quickly...What the hell.

(This isn't intended to be a rage thread, I'm having fun with the game but these things I find a bit irritating)

This is a very noobish question but how do you burn down the gates? The only way I can see to do it is using flame missiles and it takes forever and multiple units seeing as one doesn't have enough ammo. I barely played shogun 2 so don't really know about this.

You don't need missile units or even to switch on their flame ammo - just move any unit close to the gate then right-click to "attack" the gate. They will magically produce flaming torches ( seriously, someone at CA has an obsession with fire ! ) toss them at the gate. It will catch fire, lose "health" until broken, then roflstomp through.

    Another "I win" mechanism.

Kinda confused that I had to research battering rams. I thought hitting things with big bits of wood has been around since the start of humanity.
