Anyone got their Greek States DLC code yet?

Can CA explain if something totally went wrong with them and distributors? I ordered at amazon.co btw.

We're not alone. I imagine it was an issue of communication between Amazon and CA. I contacted Amazon's customer service and referenced this:http://wiki.totalwar.com/w/Rome2_preorders. They're sending my issue up the food chain to their marketing team and hopefully they'll be sending the steam code in the next couple days. I used their chat service, but you can probably get similar results by calling or emailing customer service.

Same here. I got told yesterday that I should contact them again if I hadn't got the code in 48 hours (but I was also told that I should have received it yesterday).
Did they sell too many pre-orders or something? I'm patient, and I don't intend to play any of those states just yet, but it is somewhat provoking to not get what was advertised.

I chatted with amazon today. I also have Battlefield 4 on order and told them I might have to cancel it because I hadn't yet received my DLC for Total War. They said the DLC codes are being sent out manually from midnight tonight, it was a technical cock up.

I still haven't received anything, but I haven't contacted Amazon yet. Supposedly Amazon promised to send the DLC Codes by September the 4th (today). Now they've changed it to September the 6th. Let's hope they actually get round to doing it.

I got the code with my retail copy, on an extra piece of paper. But I've actually heard people that didn't even get the pack with their retail copy. Risky stuff.

That really sucks! I got the Steam version for this exact reason. Hope it clears up for you guys.

i found mine on my receipt from gamestop.. had to dl gamestop app onto my comp... enter the code there.... dl the dlc..... then use the product code to enter it into steam lol...
