PC Performance

Dear Techs,

PC hardware is not really my type of hobby, I know how to replace some parts, but I know very little about the specifications and those things. I trust you guys know way more than I do. So, here's my question to you: In your, expert, opinion what part of my PC do I have to upgrade to be able to play the games that will be released in the upcoming 2 years or so. My wish is that I am able to play them on a somewhat high level graphics wise. The games I'd like to play include for example: Rome II.

I am really hoping you guys could give me some advice,
