Default Client states - how to let them attack a target?

    Hi all,

In my Roman campaign, a faction (which I never had heard of before) named Garamantia (province Phaziana, Africa continent) offered me the deal to become a client state of my empire. Really cool and awesome....but how can I give them orders?

I remember that you could give client states orders to attack certain targets? I havent discovered this feature yet but maybe I am overlooking something?
Its definately not in the diplomacy menu.
