Localized voices

I need some clearance on this: I get translated voices to my localized language (Spanish) for generals, advisors and so.....but the soldiers in battle still speak a perfect british english.

Is this supposed to be like that? If so, what kind of immerssion breaking criteria is behind that decission? translate everything or nothing. Otherwise it just looks unfinished work.

How you get localized voices? Iam using Polish version and i have only subtitles But at any previous TW game i had voices too.

The game was advertised as fully voice translated to all the localized languagesit includes...so if it isn't, CA has lied
