Switchable graphics card problem

Hey guys, I recently bought a new HP Pavillion laptop which has a dedicated video card (HD Radeon 8760m). However, when I was playing Rome 2 and went to the advanced graphic settings, I noticed the game said it was using my integrated Intel HD 4000. Obviously I don't quite like that. I tried to change the game to High Performance in CCC (which is the official solution from HP), but the game still says it's using the intel. (which is weird because I don't think the intel can handle medium graphic settings which I am using currently ?)

Anyone knows how to assign my Radeon to Rome 2 ?

Well it seems to be a pretty widespread problem without a clear solution

Hopefully this problem is known to CA. And they figure out a solution for people with switchable graphics :/
