AMD Radeon 7000M Series FREEZES with Rome 2
Hi all. I've been researching this issue and haven't come to a conclusion yet. I have an AMD Radeon HD 7730M 2GB Dual Graphics driver on the latest update and I am still having terrible performance in game. I am only able to run on medium/high graphics to play smoothly. I freeze all the time, whether it's on the campaign map or in battle and it locks up my whole laptop and I have to MANUALLY shutdown and reboot. Can't be good for the system. This has happened around 10 times already. I was thinking I could be able to play on very high graphics with this driver but clearly not. Has anyone any suggestions? This is utterly depressing. I've been waiting for this game for 10 years and can't even play it proper.
