I find myself auto-resolving more and more battles...

Lets see, wait 5 minutes to load a battle that will only last 3 minutes? no thanks.

My battles load in 15 seconds. A million times faster than Shogun 2.

Granted, they end 15 seconds later...

My Medieval 2 battles would sometimes last up to an hour.

You're running a modern game off of an ancient HDD. It loads fast on my SSD...

If you are taking 4 minutes to load a battle, there are problems with your game

It takes about half a minute for me to load most battles, which is faster than Shogun 2, and they last roughly the same amount of time.


I really haven't seen these magical 4 minute battles where the entire enemy army breaks on contact with your lines.

I just built my own PC a few weeks ago with a budget under 600 dollars. Yes there are some graphical hang ups occasionally, but I can play this on a high detail setting without significant stutter. Anyway the battles aren't even that enjoyable.
