I would understand this levels of unrest if the game was 4 turns per year.

But the game is 1 turn per year! The level of unrest is ridiculous! I have to conquer an entire province to somehow manage to keep order at riot levels.

Wait 50 turns until all the unrest reaches 0? 50 years of riots WTF?!

Public order is a mess on Rome II.
