CA, drop that 24h support and put all manpower into patch and optimization!

really, what can that 24h support do? they can only help with most basic things like update your driver or sth, but it wont help against the real problems.

i think they should stop wasting everyones time and even more budget but keep on working on this beta version until the game is really "gold"

I could not agree more. This is the first and last time I will spend 60$ on an alpha build. The ARMA 3 pre alpha was more enjoyable than this.

Do you really think for one minute that any company that employs programmers would put them on 24h support duties? Programmers would be working on patch and game optimization, trust me.

better work on the issue and not listen over and over the same issue and make us wait longer for the fixes, but if this is pre-alpha because of the bugs, anyone remenber how skyrim was released? with bugs way worst than what we've here and yet it was ass kissed with praise xD and nobody called it a pre-alpha. its a final release with bugs like any other game, but obviously bugs shouldn't never happen ...but....... since empire total war to shogun 2 and to rome 2.... theres always issues at release versions, to end alpha version? take as example two games, Duke Nukem Forever and Aliens colonial marines those two are true alphas....

And for the future no more live action trailers with guys in toga's. Don't know why CA cant just hire some of the talented modders on TWC and be done with it.
