HELLO HOW DO I SET UNIT SIZES TO ABOVE ULTRA AND ALSO SET UNIT SIZES TO ULTRA

In the campaign set up, i didnt see any option to set unit sizes, did i miss it?

Also, many bods on here said that you easily change the sizes of units to above ultra by a simple edit in config file or something, i dont remember, so HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE SIZES AGAIN? Is it a notepad file somewhere and you put 1.5x or something? cos i dont remember. ok thanks.

Heinz good buddy ole pal,I am at the office still (with Rome 2 literally sitting at the main menu back at the house) but when I get off I plan on doing some editing to the unit sizes. Still have to familiarize myself with the data file locations.I haven't touched the game yet though. How is the performance on your rig right now running on Ultra unit sizes?

i dont know what unit sizes i am playing with because i dont remember seeing an option to change it in the campaign set up and also because i have been drinking since 9 am

It's in the graphical options in the main menu.

Haha I think it's on the Main Menu options under the Advance Graphics option, not in the actual Campaign set up. Default size is probably Large (not Huge). 160 men in your standard melee infantry should tell you if your campaign is on Huge sizes.I've been a little concerned about the performance of Rome 2 currently reading through these boards this morning. I have a beefy rig tho but time will tell. Sounds like CA is informed of the performance hiccups and are working on solutions to ease that up?All in all how would you say your large battles are faring performance wise Heinz?

I do ok. My benchmark in that forest/Arminius test was 42 fps at extreme settings 1920x1080 and the only lag i have experienced is when you click back from the diplomacy map to the campaign map for a split second.

Anyway, to the business at hand: how do i change the unit sizes to go beyond ultra?

Having a little trouble finding it actually, CA seems to either have moved or removed the multiplier line of text? I've got the next best thing though... 40 units per General? Interested?

I'd be interested in how to do that. 40 unit armies was there for single player, I heard it was in the campaign options but I didn't see it.
