What do you guys think about the soundtrack of this game? Well, I felt the soundtrack of R2TW sounds like gladiator and Ben Hur being mix togther. Anyway, I really like it a lot.

I love it, they've absolutely nailed the atmosphere. There is one track that pops up now and then when playing as the Iceni with a womans vocals and it gives me chills everytime.
The soundtrack is great really enjoying the music, some parts remind me of Troy's soundtrack.
The only part of the game i can give five gold stars to, and i really do like it, excellent score.
"Have mercy on me, O God, according to Thy great compassion. Your delight is not in horses, nor Your pleasure in warriors strength..."
It's like Game of Thrones meets Gladiator. It does work.I'd still jump at the Classic Rome replacement mod.But it's NOT a disappointing set of themes.Kudos.
“My mother taught me never to throw stones at cripples. My father taught me to aim for their heads.”
- Ramsay Snow
It's not good, nor bad. I find it pretty bland overall. Past Total War games kept me in the game longer because of how much I enjoyed the soundtrack but Rome 2 not as much.
I would have much preferred Jeff Van Dyck.
I think it was Jeff van Dyck, at least the trailers were all him i know that.
UPDATE: ah, not it was not never mind

Now if there only was a way to extract the soundtrack i would feel fulfilled!
only Jeff Van Dyck's music can make me thrill, Medieval 2 soundtracks made it to the best
i dont like Rome II's music, quite awful
I think it really does a good job of contributing to the "unfinished" feel that the game is going for.
Van Dyck composed the music for the first trailer after that he wasn't used for anything else
