Considering Julius Caesar was born 60 years after the last Punic War ended, I'm going to say "no."

Its probably Cato, given how his favorite thing to say on any occasion was "Carthago Delenda est"

It's kind of hard to tell when they all have the same voice more or less.

I could understand you hating Cato the elder and Marcus Porcius Cato, but you hate even this one?

It was Scipio, well a fictional version of Scipio. All the Rome 2 images you see with the guy on it, is of him.

I'm thinking a combination of Cato the Elder and Scipio.

On the money. I actualy hated Cato the Elder. Vindicitive mean spirited old man. Carthage had done nothing wrong at that point and the Romans were so paranoid about their revival they slaughtered inocent people. His grandson was my hero however as you can see from my screen name.

The Younger Cato hated Caesar and called him out for his manipulation, bribery, assaulting rival voters and even attempting to support the Cataline conspiracy. Not to mention his illegal wars against all the Galic tribes and his not returning from his commmand when he was supposed to. Cato was Caesars real rival not Pompey or Cisero.

but archeology proves them right, Carthaginians did slaughtered children as a sacrifice to gods ( Baal). Plus, first and second Punic war was not started without valid reasons..
