Those who create these mods do so for free. You have no place demanding anything, let alone disparage the developers for not meeting your expectations.

The mod hasn't been in development for a decade, you're suggesting EB2 was in development before Rome 1 was released.

Wtf is an elite legionary? I want what you're smoking too. Only such thing as Legions with prestige or reliability such as Legio II Parthica. Not enough slots for named Legions unless you want all the other factions to have barebones units.
