Just wondering why Gladiators arn't in RS. I imagine it's cause it's not historically accurate?

Yep.
As units to recruit no, but as a scripted event like the 2 rebellions would be cool.
There have never been gladiators in any version of RS. As a recruitable unit, they are extremely unhistorical. Gladiators were slaves and nearly all were soon dead...except for the heros of the Arena who might have won their freedom. But they were not many.

Gladiators are impossible to represent as unit in anyway becouse Rome Total War engine allows maximun of 200 different units. This mod has 200.
Apologies for anyone who's message i may miss or not be able to answer
Wrong, 500. (Though model limit is lower I think)

There is a single reference to a legion (perhaps even 2) raised from combing gladiatorial schools in a time of crisis (I cannot recall the exact reference....). However, it only happened the once.
In general it probably wouldn't have been a great idea - the average legionary was normally rather scathing of the independent warrior-style of many of the Celtic tribes, and this is how most gladiators would have fought and would have needed massive re-training. Now, if you want the unhistorical Gladiator-movie/TV-Spartacus style of fighting, however, then that's the right idea......
